ABOUT
21 year old Alice Burla, called an "extraordinary talent" by the New York Times, is quickly becoming internationally recognized as a serious musician and very talented pianist. She was one of the youngest students ever accepted to The Juilliard School and has been awarded the 2013 American Prize and 1st prize at the Canadian National Music Competition, among other honors.
Alice has participated in major international festivals such as the Verbier Festival Academy, International Summer Academy Mozarteum, Encuentro de Música y Academia de Santander, Tel Hai International Piano Master Classes, Paderewski Piano Academy, Hamamatsu International Piano Academy, and International Piano Master Classes in Berlin, and has worked with renowned musicians such as Dmitri Alexeev, Gabor Tákacs - Nagy, Piotr Paleczny, Andrzej Jasinski, Claudio Martínez Mehner, Sergei Babayan, Ferenc Rados, and Tatiana Zelikman. Alice currently studies with Dmitri Bashkirov at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía in Madrid.
